Industrial Furnace with Loading System

Industrial furnace provides stress relieving and normalization on cylinder body, shroud and footring, and improves rework quality by burning the paint and dust on cylinders. Furnace’s operating temperature is between 860 – 920 °C for normalization and 200 – 620 °C for stress relieving. The system can be designed to work with natural gas or LPG tank.

• Loading system according to customer’s custom product.
• Recuparator system will be included which is highly profitable way of saving temperature.
